Shipping policy
Floofah offers shipping to all 50 states in the United States.
Order Processing Times: Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. We do our best to ship within one business day; some orders may take longer due to weekend/holiday schedules (will be communicated on the product page ahead of time, or notified on a case-by-case basis).
Shipping Options: Floofah offers tracked shipping for all orders via USPS Advantage (3-6 business days across the US) and UPS Ground (3-6 business days across the US). Expedited shipping is also available by the product. Please note that delivery time depends on the shipping service; Floofah is not responsible for missed deliveries.
Order Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be reflected with the shipping service.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for orders over $29. Our goal is to provide you with the most reliable and affordable shipping rates; for orders under $29, the standard shipping cost is $5.99.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations: Please email hello@floofah.com with your order number within 2 hours of order for guaranteed order cancellation. We process cancellations on a case-by-case basis and are happy with work with you as long a the order has not been shipped. We allow 30 days for returns; please refer to our return policy here.
Potential Service Interruptions: Any potential shipping delays will be communicated on the website and product pages (when you place the order). We will do our best to keep you posted!
